Who we are

What the app does

It suggests a mission, one small thing to do in your day, which you can change or write yourself. It has a chat that asks you questions and suggests a few possibilities. And, if you want, it gives you advice on hair and clothes based on a few questions and a photo of your face.

The chat, the missions and the haircut on your photo are made by artificial intelligence programmes: they can make mistakes. They are suggestions, and you always decide what to do with them.

What the app is not

It is not therapy, not a medical service and it does not replace a psychologist or a doctor. It is not an emergency service: if you or someone else are in danger right now, call the emergency number for the place you are in straight away.

Who can use it

Anyone aged 16 or over. One person, one account: do not use the app in place of someone else.

On the first day you get in without an email; from the second we ask for your email, or for you to sign in with Google, so that you can find what you have done on every device. Anyone who has your phone unlocked can open the app as if they were you: bear that in mind.

The trial and the subscription

• The trial. For 7 days you get everything, free, without giving a card. If you have left us your email, we write to you before it ends.
• After the trial, if you do not subscribe, you keep what you have already received, but no new missions arrive and the chat closes.
• The price. €11.99 a month, or €120 a year. The price you see before paying is the price you pay.
• Payment. Stripe handles it: Stripe sees your card, not us.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically, every month or every year, until you cancel it.
• Cancellation. From Settings, “Manage or cancel”, whenever you like. The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid, then it ends, with no refund for the part that remains.
• If you delete your account, the subscription ends immediately, with no refund for the part that remains.
• If you don't use your account for 12 months, we delete it with everything in it, as with “Delete account”. We email you 30 days before: to keep it, you just need to sign in. Using it means opening the app or signing in; if you don't open the app for about six months, you need to sign in again, and until you do, opening it doesn't count. As long as you have a subscription, the account stays: the 12 months count from when the subscription ends.

The right to change your mind

From the day you subscribe, you have 14 days to change your mind, without saying why. During those days, in Settings, under “Subscription”, you'll find the button “Withdraw from contract here”. Or write to team@fullglowupproject.com from your account's email address. Either way, we close the subscription and refund everything you have paid, within 14 days, to the same card.

What you must not do

• Using the app on behalf of others, or letting anyone under 16 use it.
• Using someone else's photo for the advice: the photo must be yours.
• Copying, dismantling or reselling the app, or trying to get around its controls and payments.
• Using the chat to hurt someone.

If this happens, we may close the account. Beforehand, where possible, we will write to you.

What is yours

What you write stays yours: we use it only to make the app work for you, as the Privacy page says. The app, its texts and its drawings are ours: you may use them for yourself, but not resell them.

If something goes wrong

We do our best to make the app work, but it may stop or make mistakes. If it does not work as promised, write to us: you have the guarantees that the law gives to anyone who buys a digital service. We do not limit our liability where the law does not allow it, for example for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

If these terms change

If we change something important, we will tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days beforehand. If it does not suit you, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Law and courts

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, for a dispute the court of the place where you live has jurisdiction. Before that, write to us: almost everything gets resolved that way.
